We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Operator to join our production team. The Sewing Operator will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality cushions and other textile products according to specifications and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sewing techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Machine Operation
  • Operate various types of sewing machines, including top stitch, and closing

2. Material Handling:

  • Read and interpret patterns, work orders, and specifications to determine the correct sewing techniques and materials.
  • Assemble garments by sewing together fabric pieces according to production specifications.

3. Quality Control:

  • Perform quality checks on finished products and identify any defects or errors in stitching and materials.
  • Make necessary adjustments to sewing machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

4. Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
  • Participate in safety training and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and maintenance of sewing machines.

5. Collaboration:
