Job description

Adecco is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating sewing machines, constructing garments and textile products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of previous experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operate sewing machines safely and efficiently

  • Sew and assemble garments or textile products according to company standards and production requirements

  • Review samples, product photos, and work instructions before production runs

  • Inspect materials and finished products for defects, seam quality, and overall workmanship

  • Follow supervisor instructions regarding product changes and sample construction

  • Maintain production goals and daily output expectations

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed

  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous sewing or textile production experience preferred

  • Experience operating home or industrial sewing machines

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team

  • Knowledge of garment alterations and patterns is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
