Pay range: $22 USD to $26 USD
Your daily role
  • Machine Operation & Maintenance: Set up and operate the corrugated box caser or Poly-Form/Fill Bagger and radial scale system according to manufacturer and departmental specifications, perform machine changeovers per the production schedule, and assist shift mechanics with major repairs when needed. Ensure all operations align with food safety and quality standards.

  • Quality & Compliance – Ensure accuracy in packaging, weights, and labeling while maintaining compliance with HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards.
  • Safety & Efficiency – Follow all safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and document production performance while achieving quality and efficiency targets.

What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful?

  • Mechanical & Troubleshooting Skills – Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain machinery using hand tools.
  • Physical Capability – Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance), stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
