Core Functions
  • Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptly
  • Maintain accurate production and material usage records
  • Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support continuous production

Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferred
Physical Requirements
This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
