Range Printing is a growing company that provides "Everything Print". Our services include creative marketing solutions through paper print, apparel decoration, promotional items, fulfillment, and web-based services. We are currently looking to hire an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our Little Falls production team.
Job Summary
The Embroidery Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of various embroidery sewing machines to produce quality products in a timely fashion to meet production standards.
Specific Job-Related Duties
1. Receives and reviews job jackets and obtains any missing information.
2. Digitizes, edits and saves computer files to disks.
3. Prints run card of colors and stitches.
4. Sets up machines, threads, garments and programs design into machine, etc.
5. Sews out sample, checks and gets proof to Account Manager.
6. Runs machines to produce quality products on time.
7. Trims garments.
8. Counts, checks and packages garments.
9. Cleans machines, oils machines and changes needles as needed.
10. Maintains inventory of threads and orders as needed.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate that has embroidery sewing experience or the willingness to learn the operation of our embroidery sewing machines. The successful candidate will be on their feet the whole workday, working in a fun, fast-paced production environment. Working on a production team is a requirement of this position along with working individually. Individuals in this position enjoy operating up to date multihead commercial sewing machines.
