Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Closing and Sales Associate to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia.

What is the opportunity?

This role serves as the liaison between Sales, future homeowners, title companies, lenders, and all internal and external partners to ensure a smooth and successful homebuying experience from purchase to final closing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review and approve the Agreement of Sale paperwork.
  • Identify and resolve paperwork issues by maintaining agreement issues tracker.
  • Distribute seller executed documents to homebuyers and real estate agents in a timely manner.
  • Confirm that all required deposits are collected throughout the home building process.
  • Coordinate closing date with production, sales and homebuyer.
  • Coordinate and schedule all walkthrough dates.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the homebuyer during the closing process.
  • Schedule closing with all parties including title company and mortgage company and distribute confirmation letters to all parties.
  • Track outside lenders to ensure on-time closing.
  • Prepare closing documents with correct pricing and seller fees and distribute them to the title company.
  • Ensure all FHA/VA certifications and other documents are ready for closing.
  • Review and approve seller's final settlement statement.
  • Prepare and contribute to weekly backlog meetings with production, sales, and mortgage.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) support and other sales related administrative duties as assigned.
  • Possible Notary Services.

    • Experience with JDEdwards E1/SalesForce is a plus.
    • Notary Preferred but not required.
