Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking Appointment Setters for our client in Waterford on a temporary basis.
3-4 weeks +
Potential to convert to direct hire for the right candidate ( Based upon performance and attendance)
Pay: $20/hr.
Full time ( 40 hours )
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Appointment Setter. In this role, you will make 50 70 outbound calls per day during a 7-hour working day (8-hour shift) to follow up on company-provided leads. Your primary responsibility will be to speak with prospective customers, gather basic information, and schedule appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives using our appointment scheduling system.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 50 70 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on company-provided warm/hot leads in a professional and friendly manner.
  • No cold calling. Prospects have called in requesting information.
  • Gather customer information and qualify interest.
  • Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Accurately enter customer information and appointment details into the company's scheduling system.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting daily call and appointment goals.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making 50 70 outbound calls per day and working toward daily performance goals.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
  • Ability to gather information accurately and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and enter data accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
