Role Overview

We are seeking Elementary School Teachers for the 2026โ€“2027 school year. We are hiring both General Education and Special Education teachers across instructional settings, including lead teachers, ICT co-teachers, and SETSS providers.

Instruction and Curriculum
  • Deliver rigorous, standardsaligned instruction in literacy, math, science, and social studies
  • Build foundational reading, writing, and numeracy skills using evidencebased practices
  • Design engaging lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
  • Assessment and Data
  • Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress
  • Analyze student data to inform instruction and interventions
  • Set and track measurable student goals
  • Special Education and Inclusion
  • Implement IEPs with fidelity, including accommodations and SDI
  • Coteach in ICT classrooms and/or provide SETSS support
  • Maintain compliance with documentation and timelines
  • Collaborate with families and service providers
  • Student Support and Culture
  • Create a structured, inclusive, and joyful classroom
  • Build strong relationships with students

  • Qualifications
  • New York State Teaching Certification (preferred)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required (Masterโ€™s preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and engage with diverse communities
  • Experience in Integrated CoTeaching or inclusive classroom
  • Experience differentiating instruction for special education populations
  • Experience teaching English as a New Language is a plus
