Assisted is looking for Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a full-time opportunity. Set schedule: Mon thru Fri. from 6am-2:30p with a 30 min lunch. Pay: $23/hour. We are looking for caregivers and CHHA's for our Hospice Division. New grads welcome — training is provided.

Job requires:

  • Successful completion of one of the following:
    • A training program and competency evaluation pursuant to Federal/State law
    • A competency evaluation program pursuant to Federal/State law
  • Current, active California HHA certificate DMV verifiable via https://cvl.cdph.ca.gov/SearchPage.aspx
  • Criminal background check / OIG Exclusion list / National Sex Offender Registry / fingerprint card as appropriate. Current CPR, TB and health clearance
  • Completed competency skills evaluation/assessment
  • Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency checklist
