  • Special Requests Execution: When assigned a special request, this team member can efficiently utilize Asana to gather information for the assigned request, prioritize them according to the assigned priority rating, fulfill the task, and notify the requester upon completion.

  • Deliverables: Follow instructions and contribute to the timely production of project deliverables.

    • Deliverables assigned include but are not limited to;

      • ID card printing

      • Composites

      • Cume Stickers

      • Initial Senior Audits

      • Staff Complimentary Packages

      • Mugbooks

      • Principal Albums

  • Basic Quality Control: This includes all Blueprint jobs and events that have been offloaded to the server or Dropbox. Individuals in this role should possess the knowledge to edit and process photos for all job types in a timely manner, adhere to our set turnaround times, and ensure that the images produced meet our standards.

    • When issues are found with photo quality, this individual alerts a Production Specialist or Lead to submit the Production Image Quality Issue Form.
