Job Summary

Nongshim America is seeking entry-level Production Employees to join our team at our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for handling raw materials and finished goods, supporting the production line, and ensuring products meet Nongshimโ€™s high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. No prior experience is requiredโ€”training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle raw materials and finished goods on the production line.
  • Assist in assembling, packing, and labeling ramen products.
  • Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance and remove defective items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level position; no prior experience required (training provided).
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
