We are seeking a driven and hands on Assistant Manager (AM) to help lead our team and ensure outstanding hospitality, operational excellence, and financial performance. The AM plays a critical role in supporting the General Manager, developing team leaders, and driving daily execution across all areas of the restaurant. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong communication, problem solving, and development skills.

Responsibilities of a Assistant Manager (AM)
  • Assist in executing and overseeing the General Managers operational and financial goals, while maintaining Culver's standards.
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing needs.
  • Hiring and onboarding leadership.
  • Oversee training and coaching for leadership. Support the training and development of team in all aspects of the restaurant.
  • Consistently communicates and work with team leaders to ensure policies, processes and procedures are being followed.
  • Organzine and maintain required and necessary records as they relate with the restaurant operations, equipment, inventory, quality control and team members.
  • Ensure positive guest, team, and vendor relations as it relates to our mission and our brand.
  • Be knowledgeable of and support operations, policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
  • Monitor and improve food quality, speed of service, and hospitality.
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
  • Prepare operational reports for the General Manager.
Assistant Manager Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams of 40+ employees in a fast pace environment.
  • A strong track record of meeting performance goals- sales, labor, guest satisfaction.
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and managing budgets- experience with P&L's is a plus.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem solving mindset with attention to details.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification is required upon hiring.
