Department OverviewThe Services Offer Management team is a part of Motorola's Global Services segment responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola Solutions' Managed, Support & Professional services offerings across all our portfolios. These individuals who are located globally are tasked with growing Motorola's business by creating services that go along with the Company's products to create solutions. This particular role is focused on the Video and Command Centre Software segment of Motorola Solutions.
Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven Services Product Manager to drive the growth and value of our global services portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing revenue through innovative service offers, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market tactics while providing leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute global strategies to identify & enhance service value, utilizing competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Commercial Execution: Drive revenue growth through quality service offers, expert pricing strategies, packaging, and promotional tactics tailored to diverse market needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support teams to identify upselling opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze service usage trends and KPIs to inform product development and provide actionable business updates to senior leadership.

  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and vendors to strengthen the service ecosystem and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service launches, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Communication: Articulate complex ideas persuasively to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in services product management or marketing, ideally within tech or telecommunications.

  • Proven success in launching new services and translating complex data into strategic growth.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Target Base Salary Range: $115,000- $135,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
