Job description

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA seeking a ServiceNow IT Project Manager.This is a full-time and requires this person to work onsite in San Diego, CA

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of the SDLC, web database engineering, and modernization efforts.
  • Serve as liaison between Government and implementation/sustainment teams.
  • Provide technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support.
  • Leverage ServiceNow project management capabilities.
  • Monitor sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and Agile metrics.
  • Maintain ServiceNow SPM/ITSM dashboards and reporting.
  • Review technical submissions and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Manage IMS and RIDAC logs.
  • Prepare executive status reports and briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years IT project management, PMO, or IV&V experience.
  • 2+ years overseeing ServiceNow implementations in Federal/DoD environments.
  • Active PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Agile Development 2.0.
  • Knowledge of AWS GovCloud/Azure Government, IL4+, DevSecOps, and APIs.
  • Must have ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
