ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Position Overview

G2IT is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to support the design, administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM processes, improving service delivery, and collaborating with government stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and develop ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows.
  • Support core ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
  • Maintain and enhance ServiceNow functionality to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve service delivery and operational performance.
  • Support platform upgrades, testing, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated ServiceNow issues while ensuring platform stability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement ITIL best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration, development, or ITSM support experience.
  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
  • Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Performance Analytics.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government customers.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.

Salary: $130,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
