Must Have Skills: 6-9 years of experience with the following:
- Fluency in various programming languages, such as JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, and Glide scripting and SQL
- ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Creating ServiceNow Business Rules, and UI Policies
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to Have Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Certification)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Certification)
Interview Process:
Microsoft teams. Video and Audio on. AI Assistance is Prohibited.

Project Details:
DOC is implementing ServiceNow and is seeking an Application Architect III - ServiceNow Developer to join its team. This is a specialized role that requires a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME). The primary focus of this position is to design, develop, customize, and automate ServiceNow solutions that integrate with DOC's systems and business processes.
Key responsibilities will include working with change management modules, system configurations, workflow automation, and documentation. This individual will collaborate with a team consisting of three architects and one project manager. While teamwork and collaboration are essential, this role is highly independent and requires the ability to manage work with minimal supervision.
The entire team operates remotely, with communication conducted primarily through Microsoft Teams chat and virtual meetings. ServiceNow certifications are strongly preferred, as the ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert and trusted resource throughout the implementation and ongoing support of the platform.
