  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the integration with other systems.
  • Configuration Management: Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure the quality of code meets standards.
