Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions, building and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for clients who depend on seamless digital workflows. Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance to ensure system stability
  • Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within ServiceNow
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
