Key Required Skills    
Experience analyzing customer requirements and developing a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

Position Description    
  • Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
  • Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team in architecture design, development, and reviews.
  • Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture, and/or block diagrams, with a view outside of User Story requirements.
  • Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including prototypes and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.

Detailed Skills Requirements    
FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience, or 7+ in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
  • 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
  • Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
  • Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
  • Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.)
  • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
  • Experience with the US Federal Government
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.Contract requirement.
