Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), repair order software, and customer management tools is common. Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are key soft skills that set top performers apart. These skills ensure accurate service documentation, clear communication between customers and technicians, and efficient shop operations, leading to higher customer satisfaction.
