Service Writer
Ashland, VA | Vermeer All Roads
Are you customer-focused, detail oriented and enjoy being around heavy equipment? Look no further...Vermeer All Roads in Ashland, VA is searching for a Service Writer to join our growing team. This role acts as the first point of contact for our service department and our customers. You will coordinate repairs, communicate timelines, and ensure a first-class customer experience. Prior service advisor experience is required; heavy equipment or heavy-duty background preferred.
Compensation
Base salary plus monthly commission (based on experience)
Full-time, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and act as liaison between customers and the dealership
Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate estimates

Proactively update customers on repair status, estimate changes, and pickup timing
