Job Description Our client is a trusted distributor and solutions provider in the piping and industrial products industry, recognized for delivering reliable products, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service across the energy, utilities, and infrastructure markets. They are seeking a Service Writer / Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Odessa, TX area. Job Summary This key customer-facing role is responsible for supporting daily sales, service, and operational activities by providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable support to both external and internal customers.

The position is primarily office-based but will require occasional coordination with warehouse personnel to manage materials, fittings, and parts distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively multitask while building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders and invoices, coordinating service tickets, managing inventory records, and supporting inside sales activities.

The Service Writer will work closely with technicians, warehouse staff, and branch teams to ensure operations are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of customer satisfaction. Bilingual Spanish is a major plus.
