The ideal candidate will also serve as the team lead and mentor other service advisors in the department while conducting additional duties as needed by the Service manager. This position serves as the liaison between the customer and the service department. You'll be responsible for identifying, recommending, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for our customers.
A successful candidate will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch.
