Job description

As a Service Writer, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating effective communication between customers and the service team. Your core skills in automotive and motorcycle diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and service writing will enable you to accurately assess customer needs and provide reliable solutions. With premium experience in dealership operations and service management, you will ensure a seamless service experience. Additionally, your organizational skills and mechanical knowledge will support the efficient handling of service requests, contributing to the overall success of our motorcycle and slingshot service department.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work with Tech to provide automotive / Motorcycle diagnostics and communicate findings to clients clearly.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates and manage service, warranty writing tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and parts manager to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
  • Timely communication with customers.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
