Job description

We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Service Writer (also called Customer Service Director or CSD) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we're hiring now!
The successful candidate will be responsible for conferring with our guests to determine and suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles. All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment. A current and valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
