Role Description The Service Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for receiving and documenting customer service requests, preparing work orders, and coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs and maintenance. The Service Writer will communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person to provide updates, clarify service needs, and support a positive service experience. Daily tasks include entering and updating service information in company systems, verifying warranty coverage, tracking job status, and assisting with billing and invoicing related to service work.
