The Role

The Nonqualified (NQ) Service Delivery Manager operates as the subject matter expert for NQ plan set-up, consultation on best practices and preferred solutions. In addition to interacting directly with the plan sponsor, you will be growing your network by working with business partners from a wide array of internal groups. By providing operational subject matter expertise, managing annual enrollment events, and delivering positive outcomes, you will have the ability to improve the plan sponsor and participant experience.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3 plus years of related experience working with retirement plans and interacting with Plan Sponsors.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Nonqualified Plans preferred.

The ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner enhances collaboration and understanding. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
