Service Steel Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Inside Sales Team.
Physical Requirements

Function in the Job
Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Job Function
The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include:
  • Providing response to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the field sales force with customer support.
  • Ensure regular telephone contact with all key account customers and existing client base, prospects and leads.
  • General office support - process mail, answering phones and greeting customers.
  • Order entry review / updating orders
  • Learn and understand the relevant material specifications and customer requirements.
  • Manage customer stocking programs
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings

Required Skills
  • Computer applications knowledge; experience with MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
