  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and efficient assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and work to resolve issues swiftly, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Record-Keeping: Document interactions and updates in the customer management system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay to management for potential improvements in products, policies, or processes.
