Responsibilities:

  • Process standard claims and adjustments efficiently and accurately.
  • Meet production, cycle time, and quality performance standards consistently.
  • Support non-complex claims-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Adapt to processing changes related to new plans and benefit designs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with account managers, operations, and client representatives.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators related to productivity and accuracy.
  • Work proactively with supervisors to address performance gaps and improve outcomes.

Requirements/Must Have:
