Office Services Processor – Columbus, Ohio

What You’ll Do

The Office Services Processor facilitates the initiation of processes across the organization.  As a member of the team, you will be responsible for accurately generating workflows for all benefit units and managing many standard and exception processes.  In this role you will support all other processing units across OPERS giving the Office Services Processor the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge of the entire organization.  Tasks include sorting, opening, processing and routing incoming mail, faxes and emails as well as microfilm conversion and processing of undeliverable mail.

What You’ll Bring

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word 
  • At least 1 year of customer service, mail center or records/imaging experience is a plus
  • A 10-key speed of at least 6,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) is required
