Description:

Through their work on the back-end of operations, our Client Services Processors – Level 2 support the Client Services team in providing best-in-class service to all our clients. They work with our internal departments to ensure proper execution of client resolutions and order processing. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, solutions-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service to all our clients. This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio and offers varied shifts and schedules.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

CLIENT SERVICES

·       Partners with internal departments (Special Order, Parts Team, Tech Services, Buying Teams) to ensure proper repair and replacement Arhaus collections.

·       Enters all Stock, Special Parts Orders, and Special-Order Exchanges, and UPS Label inquiries into the system and provides timely and consistent follow-up with clients

·       Responsible for communicating canceled Purchase Orders and Fabric Delays/Samples

·       involves assessing images for clarity, verifying issues against order details, and determining the appropriate next steps in alignment with company policies

·       Source of information for showroom guest via chat; owning FAQ’s and client services knowledge to ensure accurate and helpful information is provided.

·       Communicates across Client Services team to identify and trouble shoot issues

·       Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION

·       Hourly rate: $23.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

·       Bonus: If achieved, eligible for Client Services Bonus

 

Requirements:

·       High School diploma or equivalent required

·       2-3+ years’ experience within a customer-service-focused environment is required; high-volume call center experience is preferred

·       Knowledge of SalesForce, and STORIS

·       Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, problem solving and follow up skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating prioritization skills and a high sense of urgency

·       Takes on difficult challenges and finds creative solutions

·       Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance (proficiency in Microsoft Suite)

·       Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
