Job description

Job Requirements

The Service Operations Manager must have the ability to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and company profitability through customer consultation, technician leadership, service sales and coordination.


Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
  • At least five (5) years' experience working with mechanical and/or control systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building sub-systems required.

Additional skills preferred but not required

  • Three (3) years' supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc) preferred.
