Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support maintenance and service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to maintenance and service teams
  • Track contract deliverables and coordinate follow-up with project teams
  • Maintain schedules, logs, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Research and reconcile hours, materials, expenses, and related service transactions
  • Update customer account and billing information
  • Maintain office procedures and clerical operations
  • Assist with inventory tracking and equipment asset updates
  • Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting service, construction, maintenance, or technical teams
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
