High performers are rewarded greatly and experience as a service manager is preferred.

The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the efficient running of all service activities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily service department operations to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service technicians and support staff.
  • Coordinate service schedules, repairs, and maintenance work to optimize workflow.
