Kellwell Food Management, a Correctional Food Service Provider is now hiring a Food Service Manager at the Laurel County Jail located in London, KY. This is a Full-Time position with benefits. We have weekly pay and the starting rate for this position is $52,000 a year.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Correctional Food Service Manager. The role involves overseeing meal preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, managing food inventory, and supervising kitchen staff within a correctional facility environment. The Correctional Food Service Manager will also handle scheduling, ensure cost-effective operations, and maintain adherence to nutritional guidelines. Additionally, the role includes ensuring facility requirements are met, managing staff training, and addressing any operational concerns promptly and effectively.
