Job description

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, mental health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a full-time Director of Behavioral Health Services in our Warren and Youngstown, Ohio offices. We provide services for Trumbull and Mahoning Counties.

Duties include:

  • Administrative and clinical supervision of our behavioral health staff
  • Monitoring the key indicators for the aforementioned service areas;
  • Coordinating with supervisors and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements;
  • Weekly review of productivity of supervisees;
  • Monthly review of compliance data of supervisees;
  • Participating in key meetings and groups related to those service areas.

  • Salary - $68,000 - $70,000/annually, depending on experience and licensure

Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation is also preferred. Salary based on experience and credentials.
