Job description

  • Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse if LVN.
  • Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes.
  • Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
  • One to one care for pediatric and dependent adult patients with g-tube
  • Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums

Shifts
  • T - 11:30am to 4:00pm
  • W & F - 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Th - 4:00pm to 9:00pm
  • S or Su - 8:00am to 4:00pm
