  • Develop meaningful KPIs and operational dashboards.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend actions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.

What Makes You Successful:

You thrive when:

  • Building relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Traveling to sites and becoming a trusted operational partner.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A integration support, operations, operational excellence, project management, consulting, continuous improvement, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including occasional short-notice travel.

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, operational integrations, or multi-site organizations.
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial services, calibration, field service, or technical operations.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays
  • Company-paid travel expenses
  • Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organization
