Job description

Location: Multiple locations across Houston, TX (Blalock/Memorial, The Woodlands, Cypress, Sienna)

Company: HBP - Adams Automotive & Now Auto Care

About Us

At Adams Automotive and Now Auto Care, we’re not just another repair shop — we’re a fast-scaling, performance-driven platform company. In just a few years, we’ve grown from $3M to over $50M in annual revenue, and we’re on track to surpass $100M+ within the next 24 months.

With six thriving locations across the Houston area and a proven operational system, we’re building something that’s redefining the future of the automotive service industry. We’re looking for serious professionals ready to level up and lead with us.

Who Thrives Here

Our top performers aren’t always “car guys.” They’re competitive, disciplined, and thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Some of our strongest hires have come from backgrounds such as:

  • Former collegiate athletes who bring mental toughness and coachability
  • Restaurant or retail managers used to high-pressure operations
  • Sales professionals who love performance-based environments
  • Individuals with strong academic or professional discipline
  • Car enthusiasts who love the industry (a plus, not a requirement)

We value hunger, accountability, and the willingness to master a proven system.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the front-of-house experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
  • Write and manage service orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Deliver clear, confident recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with technicians to keep workflow efficient
  • Educate customers and upsell services when appropriate
  • Follow our proven "Key to Key to Callbacks" process

What’s in It for You

This is not a shift job. This is a real career opportunity with high-level coaching, advancement potential, and financial upside.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay plus commissions: total earnings potential of $100,000–$150,000+
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship from industry leaders
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Leadership development and advancement path

Why Adams Automotive / Now Auto Care

  • Culture of performance and accountability — not just busy work
  • Our shops average over $500,000/month in sales — with one exceeding $1M/month
  • Backed by industry-leading operators and infrastructure
  • Platform business model means long-term opportunity and multi-location expansion
  • Rapid growth means you’ll never be stuck — there’s always a next step here

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a service advisor, writer, or customer-facing sales role
  • Mechanical knowledge (either hands-on or strong familiarity with repairs)
  • Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to a high-performance, team-oriented culture

Locations Hiring

  • Adams Automotive – Memorial (Blalock), The Woodlands, Barker Cypress
  • Now Auto Care – Cypress, Sienna

(All Houston metro – reliable commute required)
