Scope & Impact

The Director of English Learner Services provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for Bailey Education Group’s EL services. You will help Lead, manage, and strategically grow Bailey Education Group’s English Learner (EL) Services across a national market, ensuring consistent, high-quality services while identifying opportunities for expansion across existing and emerging markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the English Learner Services content, program offerings, and coach training model for Bailey Education Group.
- Lead EL content development and codify a consistent EL training/services model.
- Identify and recruit qualified EL coaches aligned to current and forecasted demand.
- Coordinate with State Directors to surface English Learner opportunities and projects.
- Lead training and professional learning for instructional and leadership coaches on effective EL practices.
