We are looking to fill a position for ITIL Service Desk Manager in Cambridge MA. Selected person will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service quality and availability across the globe.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5-8 years of related technical and managerial experience in a Service desk or similar environment.
