JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Service Desk Associate position directly supports the Service Desk Manager and acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Service Desk. This person will assist Advisors and fellow associate with their duties and various administrative tasks while providing clients with quality service. This position interacts daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients, including handling basic inquiries and escalations. This position will have routine contact with internal and external customers required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information while sustaining a professional image. This role provides data analytics and manages Service Desk operations for team members while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients including handling basic inquiries
  • Assist the Service Desk Manager with facilitating the Service Desk Associates' questions or concerns regarding incoming requests.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager to improve processes and refine SOPs.
  • Cover the Service Desk Manager role while they are out of the office.
  • Escalate urgent requests to the Service Desk Manager.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for advisors
  • Create and maintain records and files
  • Maintain databases and create reports using the Client Relationship Management platform
  • Request compliance approval for bulk client communications
  • Receive cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required
  • Handle or delegate executive Advisor emails
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings with Advisors, clients, and other outside partners
  • Regular and timely in-person attendance is required, with expected hours of Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm local time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of Client Service Associate/Service Desk Associate experience in lieu of degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing systems
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through
  • Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
