What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the daily rhythm of the sales floor, including appointments, deals, follow-ups and team energy
  • Work deals alongside the team, providing strategy, structure and support
  • Drive strong gross and volume through disciplined desking and sales processes
  • Maintain high standards for customer service and the Hyundai guest experience
  • Monitor CRM activity, lead management and follow-up quality
  • Coach and develop sales staff through daily feedback, accountability and encouragement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to execute store initiatives and achieve targets
  • Create a positive, competitive and team-focused sales culture
