We are looking for an outstanding, personable, team and service-oriented professional to join Aligned Modern Health as a full-time Front Desk Associate/Clinic Manager at our Lincoln Park clinic in Chicago. The role pays $39,000-$45,000 per year (based on experience) plus annual bonus potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the best patient experience possible in a clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere;
  • Act as a support partner and liaison between the patient, provider, and support team (scheduling, billing, etc.);
  • Positively contribute to the patient first, team-based culture at AMH;
  • Consistently achieve scheduling success with our patients.

Requirements:

  • Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide 5-star service;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team environment;
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people - prior experience in sales, hospitality, or events a BIG plus;
  • Passionate about health and wellness;
  • High School degree required;
  • Must have flexibility for a non-traditional (Tues-Sat) schedule including some holiday, early-morning, evening, and weekend availability;
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.
