Service delivery refers to the process of providing services to customers or clients according to agreed standards and expectations. In organizations, service delivery involves planning, managing, and improving the way services are provided to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency. This can involve direct interaction with clients, coordination between teams, and ensuring that services meet quality and performance standards. About Us:
Sealing Technologies, a Parsons company, innovates and delivers high-performance deployable anywhere technologies that push what's possible at the edge, enabling organizations across the globe to solve complex challenges with speed and confidence. We design, engineer, and deliver products and deployable technologies built for environments where traditional infrastructure falls short.

Position Overview:
Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, is looking to hire a Service Delivery Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will oversee end to end quality management, production oversight, inspection, and delivery of program kits to ensure every kit meets program performance standards. You will serve as the technical bridge between engineering, EMC production, and customer delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality management activities across program kit production, inspection, and delivery.
  • Establish and enforce kit-level quality acceptance criteria, test procedures, and inspection checklists.
  • Participate in and, at more senior levels, lead production readiness reviews, first article inspections, and final acceptance testing.
  • Partner with the EMC production team to ensure program kits are built, configured, tested, and packaged to program standards.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections; document and disposition non-conformances.
  • Manage the kit delivery process from production release through customer receipt, including coordination with logistics, shipping, and customer points of contact.
  • Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective action across engineering and production.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and delivery documentation in accordance with program and contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Configuration Manager and engineering team to ensure delivered kits match the approved configuration baseline.
  • Support customer site acceptance, kit installation, and post-delivery technical issue resolution as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience in service delivery, production engineering, quality management, or hardware delivery.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and non-conformance management.
  • Experience coordinating across engineering, production, and customer delivery functions.
  • Ability to travel to the Enterprise Modernization Center (EMC) in Stevensville, MD as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and written/verbal communication.
  • Willingness and ability to learn cabling and physical setup for servers, switches, and other networking equipment.
  • Comfortable working with hardware in a data center or server room environment, including running, organizing, and labeling cables.
  • No prior networking experience required (training will be provided for candidates eager to develop these skills).
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday to support delivery order fulfillment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience overseeing hardware production, inspection, and delivery processes.
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and deployable hardware systems.
  • Experience or firm understanding of cybersecurity hardware, edge computing, or server systems integration.
  • Quality certifications (ASQ CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP).
  • Experience interfacing directly with DoD customers on kit acceptance and delivery.
  • Familiarity with configuration management, technical data packages, and BOM-driven production.
