Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own end-to-end delivery of data platform initiatives (design โ†’ build โ†’ deploy โ†’ operate)
โ€ข Drive sprint planning, execution, and tracking using Agile methodologies (JIRA)
โ€ข Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and release commitments
โ€ข Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations proactively
โ€ข Provide hands-on guidance in Databricks, Azure OneLake, PySpark, Python, and .NET
โ€ข Oversee data engineering pipelines, transformations, and performance optimization
โ€ข Drive CI/CD pipeline design and implementation for data and application components
โ€ข Ensure best practices in code quality, version control, testing, and deployment automation
