Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and people-focused Culinary Services Director ) to lead all aspects of our dining services operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious meals while fostering a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all dining services operations, including food quality, service, sanitation, and safety
  • Develop and implement menus that meet residents’ nutritional needs, preferences, and special diets

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dining services team members

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, or healthcare
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to remain focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
