Job Description

We are looking to fill multiple positions for Call Center Representatives in Mankato MN.

Qualifications

May utilize Call Center and Customer Service resources in order to investigate complaints. Promotes good will, uses skills to assess customer needs and educate customer on available product/services. Resolves customer complaints/issues; expedites correction or adjustment if warranted.
