Located in Mesa, AZ
Pay: $18.00
Job Full Description
Job Title: Call Center Representative - Inbound/Outbound Calls
Location: Mesa, AZ (This is an ONSITE position, NOT remote.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this window)
Compensation:
  • $18/hr (bumps to 20/hr after conversion)
  • Performance reviews every 90 days thereafter

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team onsite in Mesa, AZ. This position involves handling outbound calls, assisting with inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle high call volumes. This role requires a professional and confident approach and the ability to manage objections confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Calls:
    • Handle calls, outbound, handling objections
    • Gather necessary details and accurately enter them into the system.
    • Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
  • Outbound Calls:
    • Make outbound calls to warm leads.
    • Engage with customers.
    • Overcome objections and handle rebuttals.
    • Meet daily and weekly call goals, focusing on securing as many 'YES' responses as possible.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Confidence in handling objections and providing rebuttals, especially for outbound calls.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment (inbound or outbound).
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and data entry.
