As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first line of engagement with dealership prospects. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, qualify interest, and set high-quality meetings for our field sales organization. This role supports a fast-moving SaaS environment with measurable activity, pipeline creation, and quota goals.

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across dealer groups and OEM-approved dealerships
  • Engage dealership leaders (GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, BDC Managers) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and texting where appropriate
  • Conduct high-impact discovery to uncover pain points related to digital marketing, service lane performance, retention, and vehicle acquisition.
  • Book demos and create qualified opportunities for District Sales Managers and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and meet weekly activity/pipeline KPIs
    • Example targets: 60–80 outbound touches/day, 5+ booked demos/week, consistent monthly pipeline creation
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, DSMs, and Sales Leadership on campaigns and territory strategies
  • Represent Affinitiv professionally when communicating with prospects, partners, and OEM-aligned programs

Position Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience (SaaS or automotive dealership tech preferred)
  • Strong communication, resilience, and ability to break through gatekeepers
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), plus exposure to Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced quota environment
  • Passion for the automotive industry and improving the customer/dealer experience
